dianabol and hairloss

Alot of people are afraid to start using steroids such as dbol because of possible hairloss issues. Dianabol like testosterone converts to DHT (dihyrotestosterone) this bonds to hair follicles and can cause hair loss if genetically prone to it.

Ways to stop hairloss is to either block the enzyme which converts testosterone to DHt (5 alpha reductase) or block the DHT at the scalp

By taking finasteride you can block the enzyme from converting to DHT, this method seems to be the best at preventing hairloss and can over time start regrowth in some cases.

By using Nizoral 2% ket shampoo you can block DHT at the scalp, its not 100% effective but it still works

Use both for an unstopable hairloss prevention combo

a more expensive but stronger method of blocking the 5 - ar enzyme is to use AVODART
